What a pain! Down load app on cell phone just to access on a desk top computer. Tried couple times but gave up. Waste of time!

Great prices but they are lying about free shipping over $99. Tried couple times to order (all over 100.00) but each time a shipping fee. Searched for a disclaimer, called, & email-nothing. They operate out of soccer complex not a warehouse! Canarsee prove me wrong!

Order processed fast! Received the next day. Helped that they used UPS! They only reason for 4 stars is the search for parts should also be done by engine model.

This is another company that has a problem with inventory control & complete disclosure. Ordered 2 batteries show as in stock but received email that there out & on order. Is it a back order or was it a it's not stocked but ordered from manufacture?

Ordered a part shown in stock but wasn't. CO. Doesn't provide complete disclosure when purchasing only after. With conformation of order email you get "Not all items are in stock. Some orders with have a 7-10 business day processing time prior to shipment." Tried couple times to contact them but get an error message to try later. I wanted clarification & the issue of the pathetic packaging of a 5lb spool.

Tried to finalized an order but got a technical problem message instead. Used the customer service form asking why. No reply. Sent another email -no reply. Received a survey on how my contact was with customer service. What a joke. I had nothing nice to say. No reply.

Two items ordered with two being delivered from the manufacturer. 2 phone call to customer service with one telling the truth & on other avoiding my questions. Timex watch delivered two days later. Furehaven pet bed delivered 8 days latter but only after I call but shipped only after I called.
