AM on May 2nd I received confirmation of the purchase of a 60GB bundle for my iPad from Lycamobile. After 15-20 minutes use in the morning I discovered that I had been cut off so reported the fact that afternoon. I was informed that I had used all 60GB and have since been sent my billing history which I can't make sense of.

The general consensus is that 30GB should be good for (1) 85 hours of standard definition video, (2) 725 hours of music, or (3) 1,200 hours of browsing the internet. Which begs the question what's wrong with Lycomobile's systems which cause them to insist that I used 60GB inside 20 minutes when it should have lasted 2,400 hours. Despite the billing history it is simply unsustainable to continue to insist that I used used 60GB or even 30GB in either 20 minutes actual use or by any other means within the few hows before reporting the issue.

Unsustainable it is which is probably why they haven't replied. Is it any wonder that the word "thieves" is repeated so often in respect of Lycamobile on facebook.
