Signed up for service several months ago and what a mistake it was. AND a total waste of money. First, they told me within a month their system would sync with my CRM. It's been a few months and still never happened.

I pay $349 a month for 25+ leads. That's $13.96 for each lead. I've received about 85% of the same leads over and over again each month and maybe 15% are new leads. Of the 15% new leads, none of which are "real or potential" buyers. I have amazing follow up with calling, texting and email drip campaigns. All of which have had no effect on any of the so-called leads from Property Simple.

All their leads are coming from Facebook. Most with wrong numbers and bad emails. I run Facebook ads and lead generation online with much better results. I was thinking Property Simple would give me time back in my day to run these ads for me. What a joke! Leads are complete garbage;( … And the customer service is horrible.

As mentioned previously, mostly the same bogus leads recycled over and over to me each month. No leads are vetted or qualified at all. Their system supposedly tells you if it's a valid phone number. However, many of them are wrong numbers.

Property Simple will auto post articles to social media (which you have to manually edit one by one... Hello! Time-Suck anyone?!)

There are many other options out there to auto-post articles on your social media for about $19/month. This was a BIG mistake I encourage anyone looking at Property Simple to go elsewhere.


Where do I begin? Back in Oct. 2018, Corey the sales person was very slick and convincing on the phone. When I hesitated, he had Rich Randal, the VP of Sales get on the line. When I told them I was interested in the Gold package for about $1841. 00 and I only wanted five specific cities in the Los Angeles area, Rich even put in writing (via email) to me I would "only receive leads in the five specific cities.

It took about two months and finally a lead came in. Bogus set appointment. Client said they were not interested in selling and hung up on me. More leads for both buyers and sellers were coming in and they were total garbage! 99% of these leads were out of the guaranteed cities Set Schedule promised. I spoke with the "higher ups" at the company and was told they are working on things. Lies, Lies, Lies.

99% of all the leads to date (about 10 a day pop up on the radar) and for kicks and giggles I pull up the address for the so called leads and these are for properties that sold, expired, etc months ago. Wrong numbers and bogus information.

I really hope to see a class action lawsuit against these alleged criminals. They need to be stopped as what they're doing must be illegal.

8/23/19 UPDATE... I've been bought this garbage 10 months ago. I was promised in writing (see attached) 14 set appointments in the 5 specified cities. To date, I've received one folks, sadly one lead set appointment that I met with who was just curious what his home value was. About 5 other so-called appointments were totally bogus. Wrong number, wrong name, and one appointment I called and asked for "tom" and the wife said, "I'm sorry, Tom passed away 6 months ago". Sadly, this really happened.
They tell you like in their response on 6/19/19, you can swap a lead out. However, what nobody at Set Schedule will tell you is (are you ready for this?)... when a lead pops up on your radar and you accept that lead, you're not the only one that lead is being offered to. It's offered to as many people (agents) that want to accept it.
I have a friend who's company bought into this scam as well and we tested it. I grabbed "Jane Smith" lead and my friend was able to grab the same exact "Jane Smith" lead 10 minutes later. When you call these so-called bogus leads, they will tell you stop calling, I've received too many calls from agents".
Please people, don't fall for this SCAM. Take you're money and donate it to charity. You'll feel so much better about where the money goes.
