I purchased a screw kit and hex bolts at a huge premium because it was OEM replacement part. But the package arrived as I found it in my mailbox it was torn and the screw kit had fallen out during shipping. It was shipped USPS, but I could not file a claim because I did not pay the freight. Customer service at Keylesslockstore said that they have proof they packaged it and would not send me another unless I bought it. I told them I believe they packaged it but there there was simple freight damage and it did not arrive. NO HELP from them! I will never buy from Keylesslockstore again.
