Alan was ver patient with my grandma. Very kind and professional. He took his time explaining how the chair was operated and charged... also the operators made sure I was informed through every step of the process. They called my grandmas doctors when I couldn't and when the doctor or his team seemed to be taking thier time... thank you to all at hoveraound for making this an easy experience... and for showing you guys care... thank you
