This is a very poor "coin company". I would stay away from them.

I placed an order about half a year ago and the order was left hanging for months. I worried that I might get charged and not realize it so I emailed them and complained. They responded back but basically said that they couldn't handle the demand for the coins that I ordered and so they were just going to let me assume my order was still good for...?... WHAT, years?

I decided to try them again this week and the coin I ordered was evidently a computer error and they don't have the coin.

I probably give people too many chances. I really wanted to like this company but after two times I'm wondering if they are even legit. They have a good selection of coins but NO ACTUAL COINS!

I was hesitant to buy from this company based on the previous reviews but I did anyways because there was such a good deal. When I first tried to email them it took weeks for me to get a response. Once I purchased the items I emailed them again with a question and ever since my emails are responded to very quickly.

I got my products and they were packaged very well. There was one problem with an item and they responded quickly to my concern. They quickly shipped me a replacement product at no charge. I couldn't be happier.

I don't normally write reviews on websites, but I wanted to give them some praise to let people know they aren't that bad!
