A year later the initial purchase, I received a random message from the business asking me if they could send me the item again. I was surprised and doubtful. But wow, I received the item today! I am so surprised by the lengths this business went to uphold their service value and image. The product I received is authentic and sizing perfect! Talk about top customer service.
