VERY DISAPPOINTING Customer service... - I have been using spalook since last year to purchase various skincare products and was always content. However, this week, I had a VERY disappointing experience with customer service. I placed an online order as usual. Days later, I discovered that the order was delayed and spoke with someone online to find out what was wrong. I was told at that time that the system was down, but that the agent would send me an email once the system was back up. I never received any notice.

A day or two later, I checked back to see if the order was being processed but was given the runaround. Finally, after a 30 minute wait to speak with an online agent, I was told that the card went through and that the order would be sent out. I received a curt apology but no other explanation. After being a loyal customer for over six mos, I felt I deserved better treatment. I was not offered a discount or any incentives to consider being a customer. Thereafter, I cancelled the order and let spalook know that I would no longer be a customer. They don't seem to care about customer satisfaction, and there are too many other online skin/beauty product sites to stick with one that does not give a damn!
