What they don't want you to know is THEY THREATENED TO BLACKMAIL ME if I didn't remove my review so now I'm putting it everywhere. As a business you cannot blackmail someone just because you don't like a review. I stand by my horrible experience with an unhelpful staff who didn't want to answer any of my questions (which emails would prove) until I lost it on them. I will admit that I got very angry in the middle of it all but who wouldn't when you have a company treat you like dirt. I shouldn't have gotten angry but that gives them no right to try and blackmail me or say that my personal experience is false. A very unprofessional place.
