This being the only option right now for my child in my school district outside of traditional school, I'm very disappointed. The Edgenuity program has so many issues that are not being addressed such as the way the courses are formatted, the ability to communicate with teachers, and the ridiculous amount of "busy work " put in place to camouflage the fact the teachers are not there to promote success of their students.
On top of all of this, my child doesn't have the necessary course materials to complete assignments. For example, an assignment will be to read a certain passage and to take e notes but there's no access to the passage itself. Also, if my child has any questions for tbe teacher there isn't a email available to do so. How are you suppose to communicate with your teachers if you don't have an email address? The worst of itallis the"customer service". Today I waited over an hour three separate times only for the call to be disconnected. This whole experience with this platform has been a nightmare. I wish I could rate this review zero stars.
