It's a very good product but customer service is a zero. It looks like there is a piece of code that checks the license key online. So when you are offline for couple days, it de-activates the key. This has been happening on my machine for a some months.
For security, when I am not using my computer, I disconnect internet. That means every time I get back online, I have to re-enter the license which I have been keeping on the desktop for this reason.
Recently, after starting to get tired of this, I emailed them to ask why this was happening. They asked me for info from the photoshop help section. I provided the information as requested. The response comes that they can't answer my question because I am using Windows 7 which is no longer supported by Microsoft.
I don't have this problem with Photoshop on the same PC, Nik Collection on the same PC and Capture One on the same PC.
On top of that, Microsoft support has nothing to do with their product. Even in their emails, there is no name of the person responding, it just support.
