We had to cancel our flights in the heart of the COVID-19 out break in Europe with back up documentation as high risk passengers due to recent CANCER treatment.
No refund or voucher, even though the EU was clear on this.
We became a tennis ball between Travix & the airline company, one referring to the other.
We were TRAVIX costumes, they should have dealt with the issue.
NO CUSTOMER RESPECT AT ALL TO OUR RIGHTS!
NO RESPECT TO OUR HEALTH!
TOTAL TRASH!
We preferred to keep well in health & temper than to deal with this sort of DISRESPECTFUL TRAVIX attitude.
