Only gave them a one because there is no option for zero. I placed orders on 12/31/16 and 1/1/17 on separate cards. They charged my accounts and have never sent the merchandise to date. I've emailed their customer service twice requesting an update, with no reply. I cannot find a phone number for them anywhere. If you have it please add it to these comments. I have not received any merchandise. I have not been reimbursed. My online account has stated "processing" for weeks, when I checked today it's been completely deleted!
If I don't hear from them in 48 hrs I'm contacting my credit cards, the BBB and leaving cautionary reviews on every site they use. Does anyone have a media contact who can hunt these people down at their offices?
