All items ordered were cheap admittedly but the quality is shocking. Dreadful fabrics which are not as described or pictured. Stitching shoddy and sizing is ridiculous. Returns have to go to CHINA - I am still waiting for my refund. The customer service department have stopped responding to my emails. I was offered 20% discount to keep the rubbish items. I want a refund please beyondrubbishjustfasionnow

This company took £1200 from my company to carry out an appeal and to advise on other issues relating to business rates. Within days, they sold their client list to another company called Hampton Lovett who refuse to accept responsibility for that payment. George Windsor who is now the insolvent Director of this company Addison James, appears to be taking cash for services under false pretences. Could it be that Hampton Lovett have no morals either, dealing with such fraudsters?. Hang your head in shame George Windsor, the law will catch up with you one day.

NEVER NEVER NEVER Use Viagogo to book anything
I Booked tickets for a Who concert in September 2016 - the concert was on April 12
I was rather concerned that having paid over £200 with an extortionate booking fee of £48! - that my tickets had not arrived
I tried for weeks to contact Viagogo - no reply to any of my emails and contact by phone was not an option until 72 hours prior to the event.
They promise ticket deliver at least 3 days before the event.
My tickets never arrived - I was unable to track any deliver and no one at Viagogo ever got back to my messages. I now, not only missed the concert but have what seems a battle with them to obtain a refund. This company is not interested in its customers who hand over money expecting a service in return. They are obstructive and unprofessional and appear to be collecting cash and extortionate booking fees under false pretences Please save yourself the grief and book with the venue direct.
