Customers can't cancel via email, and they've complained that getting ahold of a customer service representative on the phone is an ordeal. Another confusing aspect of Fabletic's marketing is the use of the term "VIP member" which might make it less than clear that people are signing up for a subscription.

Me han estafado dos mensualidades de 49,95 por haberr comprado una sola cosa, ofrreciendo un gran descuento.
No te informan de que te han inscrito en nada, eso lo hacen después, cuando ya te han quitado el dinero del banco sin comprar.
