I placed my order on November 27th and part of the order has shipped to me and arrived. There was a large extra cost charged for duty, tax, and processing charges that was not stated upon ordering the items ($40!). Also, the other part of my order has not been processed or shipped yet and it has been 2 and a half weeks with no confirmation of when they are being sent out. Also, who knows how much that shipping will cost. I chose the 8-10 business days shipping option to ensure quick delivery, the site says that it takes a max of 7 days to process the items. I have contacted the Facebook Messenger multiple times with no response and the customer service phone line will not connect my call. I am not impressed or satisfied with my first experience using Zaful.
I don't recommend this site to anyone since they are so hard to get ahold of and they don't advertise the cost of shipping. Very dissatisfied.
