It's not a large community but it has amazing people on there. It's recently changed hands but the admins there are very fair even after the forum getting sold :)

Most of the time there's no problems, just the occasional time when something goes missing in the post (I've ordered loads from smile amazon and there's only been a couple of times when something has gone missing in the post due to being misplaced by the post office)

I have it set so it donates to a animal charity I have supported for a couple of years, since adopting from them.

I can't speak for selling anything there, but from the buying side of it, some items arrive faster than others. Depends on the seller.

Everyone is very understanding and kind on this forum, There's been a couple of times when I went into meltdown mode and have recieved support there, they truly understand mental health disorders. They even have a chat room! :D
