I suddenly noticed that £44 has been taken from my account which I was told was due to me not opting out to be a VIP membership! When I informed them in writing to cancel this I was then sent an email saying this had to be cancelled over the phone as they do not accept cancellations in writing! This must be the only company that does not except cancellations in writing! They obviously use this tactic as you are then never able to get hold of them via the phone. They have still continued to take money from my credit card where I have had no option but to now cancel my credit card with the bank. Absolute nightmare company and doubtful I will get any refund.
