I use to love fabfitfun. I spent an hour waiting for a customer service representative just to find out that fabfitfun lost my box a month ago. Then the products that I requested were not available and I have to wait an additional month for the box. I would expect them to at least use expedited shipping and give me a refund or something since it is two months late and I am not getting the products I requested. I specifically became an annual member to customize my entire box and then they fail at the one task. I have originally loved fabfitfun but I am very saddened by this experience.
