Hi, I recently had a problem when the package which supposed to be returned from me, actually included some of unknown pair of shoes (photo attached).
What should I do? Who to blame?
I wonder who replaced those shoes - courier DHL or Farfetch partner Antonioli?

Too many parties involved and no one accepts liability.
It seems that they don't have any surveillance and do not monitor parcels. What to do?
