If you are smart about finding good clothes, I think you can find good purchases. Unlike other reviewers, I was ok with the payout for my selling. It is on par with the local consignment shop. I did recently send a bag with much higher quality items, which I sent with the return assurance. If I do not receive the items back, then obviously my opinion of the company will change greatly.

What I am very disappointed with is the bait-and-switch pricing scheme which I think they implemented recently. I see one price on the item page, but increases 5-20% when I add to cart. This is very deceptive.

Also, I think sizing labeling, categorization, etc. have gotten very sloppy. With only two pictures per item, having more discipline in this aspect is critical. For example, I purchased a coat that was labeled "L" size, but was a men's large-so really much too large for me.

Another thing which I think is really disappointing is when they separate items which are obviously sets, like bikinis or suiting. It may increase flexibility for customers looking to purchase, but if you are ever looking for a suit set, you don't need to hunt down both the top and bottom, or only find one available because the other was purchased.
