I'm another unhappy customer whose account was auto-renewed without any notice. They charged twice as much as I paid the first time. When I contacted Customer Service, they refused to issue a refund. Horrible business practice!

Tip for consumers:
Avoid premium subscription. If you try premium, make sure to cancel before auto-renewal occurs because they do not offer refunds.
