All I wanted was an exchange on some shoes. Their size guide is nonsense (the inch measurement does not equal the US, UK or international size. Each conflicts with the other!) so I ended up with massive, beautiful, totally useless tap shoes. I got someone to create a ticket, and they were very helpful... until my package was received in Kansas. Then they just shut down and have not responded to my 3 emails and 2 chat replies. Maybe they're incompetent. Maybe it's a scam. Either way, I really regret placing my order and it's been stressful to deal with them.
Edited to say: they are lying in their response to me below. Just got off the phone with UPS and the order was signed for by someone on their end. "3/19/21: Signed by Chen at the dock" is what the UPS rep showed me on his screen. My tracking shows the same thing.
This is just terrible customer service. If half the reviews are saying there are significant issues with returns and refunds... maybe it's time to fix your logistics. A good company would see this as an opportunity to clean up its online reputation and become joyful to deal with. Instead they just reply trying to make things their customers' fault. Frustrating.
