I paid $9 for one-day shipping, as I needed my order for a gift. The next day I received an email saying my delivery date had to be rescheduled for the next day. Well next day, no package. Now it is Sunday and UPS does not run. When I tried to login to my account, they had completely deleted my email address associated with my account. So, we will see if I even get my package at all and if I have to take these idiots to small claims. And I am requesting the shipping to be refunded.
