It used to be free to send in clothes. About 2 months ago I sent in over 20 of my son's high end items. Most were Polos that I checked over very carefully. No stains, no signs of wear, nearly new. All of them. Not only did they take TWO MONTHS to get to my bag, I get an email saying that NONE of them were accepted! THEN... I see that my account balance had gone down. When I write to inquire, they inform me that they CHARGED me $5 to SEND IN OVER 20 EXPENSIVE ITEMS IN GREAT SHAPE! I am so pissed. I could have sold them locally for at least a few dollars a piece which is what I should have done :( LESSON LEARNED! Beware of this SCAM unless you enjoy flushing money down the toilet!

Stay far from this lousy excuse for a business. I paid $100 for a new phone screen so I could fix my phone. What I actually received was another damaged screen! It literally looked like all they did was ship me someone else's broken screen they had sent in for repair!
After letting them know, they tried to blame UPS and had me send pics of the packaging I received it in. It WAS NOT UPS! The package it came in did not have so much as a fold or crumple; it was flawless.
They then had me send the screen back to them for "investigation" and about 2 weeks later wrote me to tell me that they saw chipped paint near the camera, thereby making it non refundable. What a joke!
Horrible business and waste of over $100!

Ordered my $1 report which seemed very thorough but when i check my cc statement they had charged me $14.95! What a scam,, had i wanted to spend that much i would have but they promised only $1. What a SCAM
Thank goodness I checked my statement today before they charged me even more! Apparently I "signed up" for multiple $14 charges which is B. S. Because the site never said that, only promised a $1 check.
