ILKB Vaughan is the perfect place for someone interested in finding a motivating and life changing fitness path. The staff at ILKB Vaughan are extremly welcoming and treat every member like they are a part of their family. They thrive to provide everyone with their best hour and ensure that when you walk into the gym, it is a judge free zone where everyone is supportive of one another. I would recommend ILKB Vaughan to anyone who struggles to motivate themselves to keep active and achieve their goals.
