@ gametag, nice auto response... you seem to respond the same message with every bad review on your website. Instead of helping and fixing the problem.

I don't see why so many reviewers of this website has a 5 star rating.
With just the one review of only this website...

24/7 online support? More like you get no support...
I tried to contact them, send emails, facebook and etc.

And all this after I gave them access to 4 of my accounts.
(you have to give them your email username and password registered on that game)

But still... I am waiting for that response (after several months).

Funny thing I noticed...
I am trying other venues to sell these accounts, with for example a mmo forum.
And on 2 occasions, a buyer responded in that forum.

Gametag suddenly tries to login into my email registered on those game accounts on the very same day!

1). If you have an urgent matter, our vip@gametag.com e-mail is setup for expedited requests, but it appears you didn't ever send an e-mail to this e-mail.

2). I have sent you a PM but you never replied.

3). We have no history of an "Emiel" ever attempting to do business with our company. You didn't provide any order information.

At this time, your claim cannot be validated and we have no proof you ever did business with our company.
They should advertise with koopgoedkoop.nl under a new branding, including the same poor quality products.

I ordered a leather chair, where after i discovered it was full with maggots. Yes Maggots!

I can imagine that such a thing can happen, but come on...
If you promote quality, deliver quality.

I had to send pictures to prove it, where after confirmation on that same email I couldn't reach them by mail or telephone for almost a month.

After several approaches on my part under threat of legal repercussions, i finally got a refund.

This website costed me way to much time and energy...
