Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They are very argumentative, childish, unprofessional etc. Forever 21 motto is probably take customers money at ALL costs. I was sent the wrong item and they said too bad we already have your money. People there are other businesses that understand that they should respect the consumers that are keeping their company going. DO NOT GIVE FOREVER 21 YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ANYMORE!
