I bought a ticket from Opodo for a family member that insisted because it was a bit cheaper than the company I normally buy of. After admitting to payment, there was suddenly added 200 % to the original price of the ticket.
I called to complain and fix the mistake, I waited a long time, and than was connected to a call center in India. A very friendly person, who very obbiously was trained in talking to people who want to complain, convinced me that there was really nothing that he could do for me. I can fullfil a claimform online, and on trustpilot and other review sites I can read that 0% of all people that complain, ever got their money back.
Right now I am afraid that they have put several reservations on my card and they will take even more money of my account, while I can do nothing to stop them. I don't understand how this 'company' is still in business, and no instance has been able to stop them. They have existed for many years, and tricked money out of all their costumers.
