I would rather to give Edreams 0 scores. This is a very very terrible agent company. Many agents' English ability is bad, and this company acts like a cheater. It knows Egypt airlines doesn't have any flights on May, on June, but it sells tickets for us, receives our money, and would not give us refund. My flight is Jun 15 from CMH to CAN. An agent helped me change my flight (Cairo to CAN) from Jun 16 to Jul 1. He told me I have to take the flights Jun 15 to Cairo, then I should stay there until Jul 1. Is that a normal agent? Does his brain have any problem?
