It used to be easy to get a refund for a product you did not want. Customer service was easy to get in touch with and the list goes on and on. Now it seems everything is moving in the wrong direction. I am now going to go to brick and mortar places like GNC and VItamin shoppee at least you can get a refund with no hassle
