We purchased a mattress set witth a remote which was delivered on Oct. 16th. The delivery men discovered the remote did not work to raise and lower the bed. They told us we would receive a call in the next two days and a technician would be sent out to repair it and if it could not be repaired it would be replaced. After not hearing from them for a few days, we began calling. We called customer service several times only to get the answering machine. We left several messages and did not hear from anyone. Finally i went online and registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, shortly thereafter i received a call from haynes and the very next day, a technician came out and repaired it. I will not be doing business with them again as they do not value their customers..
