Had the worst experience with them recently. They forgot the parcel somewhere, they lied about where it was and when you ring up to ask all you are told is "I don't know". They said they couldn't deliver the parcel, but when I rang up to ask what the problem was, "I don't know". What should I do to bring this 3-week saga to an end?, "I don't know". So what do I do now? "I don't know." Notice that I said that I rang up to ask what the problem is. They tell you nothing unless you get in contact. The recipient of the parcel asked on of the GLS people (once they had finally finished passing him from one place to another) if he would ever have received his parcel if we hadn't called and they said, "No". The only reason they are getting one star is because there is nothing less than that.
