“The worst Company ever”

Turns out, they have a zero return policy. I ordered 2 scratch off travel maps and wasn't happy with them. I contacted them and was told there are no returns but I could exchange them for something else. I have been trying to do this for 2 weeks now but no one responds to my requests any more. Basically, I wasted $40 by dealing with this company.
