I ordered a lamp for pickup. The website said they had five of them in stock. I paid using a gift card and a credit card. Unfortunately I almost immediately received an email saying the item wasn't actually in stock. It also informed me that I'd have to come in to the store (which didn't have my item) on order to receive my refund for the gift card.

They failed to say that I would not even receive my credit card refund until I'd gone into the store.

I then had to make a trip to a store solely to get my refund, despite the fact that it was their error in online inventory that caused the problem. I will not be shopping there again.

I was able to purchase my favorite Auric Blends essential oil perfume for an amazing price! I was hesitant because I had to re-enter the coupon code after going back to add more products, but I received the same discount.
