They don't care about their custmoers - I've sent this particular complaint about 10 times--with no result. I don't like them much. I would like them much better if it wasn't about screwing their customers for ad $. I don't much visit this site anymore, even w/ the new updates they have done.

I've been trying for several months to try and resolve an issue I have with my account.
I originally tried to create an account for user name "elleesttrois" but I entered the incorrect verification email of *******@netscape.com. This was an incorrect email and cannot be accessed. First I get this when logging on w/ "elleesttrois"
The update email page doesn't work and hasn't changed in the months I've been trying. I get a "bad request" page - http://authorize.tv.com/1304-4_45-90.html
"customer support" is an error page.
"contact member support" is also an error page.
If possible, can you enter the correct address for user name "elleesttrois" as elleesttroisat yahoo.com?
If you are not the right person to contact, can you give me a real contact, not a faq page? Or can someone fix the confirm page links? PLease? It's so frustrating trying to find answers to tech questions on your site. I'm concerned that the new facade overlays problematic old site with old/dead links.
Hopefully, this email won't fall into a black hole like all the others. Should someone help me, I will be forever in your debt.
