I have never dealt with an organization so unorganized uncaring incompetent.
Use ANY phone company possible - this company has gone to pot. Too many irons in the fire and you CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE SPEACH PERIOD.
I despise everything about att.
Terrible service they only know how to transfer calls 6-7-8 times until they lose you, the goal.
