On May 13,2015, we went through SSG for our vacation to Key West. Found Oceanfront apartment and paid them. On September 9,2015, got a call from Host that he had not been paid by SSG for our rental which was to begin September 12,2015. The agreement that he made with SSG was that he was to be paid one week before our checkin. He called me with frustration not being able to get ahold of anyone at SSG. Now begins my attempts to contact SSG, but finally gave up after 12 phone calls to them and only getting answer machine. Then I started emailing. They were wanting our host's bank account number. He would not give it to them. I don't blame him. He let them know he had a paypal account and they said that was okay. Then he gets an email( no phone call) that they do not take or have paypal account. All the while, we are stressing over whether or not host is going to get paid because SSG has had our money since May 13,2015. We ended up paying our host out of our pocket. SSG is the sorryest RENTAL COMPANY. They don't answer their phones. Its like they are to good to talk to someone who is spending money with them. They took 105.00 fee from us and did not provide one damn thing. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO CUSTOMER ANYTHING.
