I returned items to the store in Sarasota - the UPS tracking number says they were delivered a month ago. I tried to chat on the website, and when I asked what the status of my return was, no one responded for about 10 minutes, then they said they would email me a response. That was 4 days ago and I've gotten nothing. I have sent a follow-up email, as well, but heard nothing back. Glad they just took my $85 worth of merchandise (extremely crappy merchandise, might I add - oh, and I had to pay $15 in shipping to get it back to them) back from me but haven't refunded a thing. It is unacceptable to do business like this, and I would NOT recommend shopping here. I wish I had looked up reviews before purchasing.
