Jessica was very informative and answered all my questions. I did not anticipate that I would receive answers to all my inquiries at initial contact but I was pleasantly surprised. She provided information and references that made me feel comfortable proceeding.

You have to pay to ship product back and do not get refunded for shipping costs. There are restocking fees on certain items and they are very particular about what items are returnable at all. For example, unopened package of cupcake toppers, wrapped and sealed in plastic, can't be returned because as the customer service rep said, "they are edible." They are Gold Foiled paper decorations glued to toothpicks... not sure who would eat those. Anyway, they have great products but you must be sure that you want and need everything you order and that it will definetely get to you in time, or else your stuck with it.
