Ordered a size 3.5 for my daughters birthday. They sent a size 7.5 and have tried to fob me off since. They offered a 8% refund and said I can sell or give the wrong boots to someone needy. I'm now left with a pair of boots that are no good to anyone I know and like the previous person have also found out these are not even genuine ugg boots. This company dupe you into thinking they are Australian with a. Au Web address when they are in China knocking out poor copies and stitching everyone up. Since bringing this incident to light I have heard from a few people who have all experienced the same as me. Buy a pair of boots from this company get sent the wrong size and left stuffed trying to sell these very poor copies.
I would honestly tell everyone to avoid this company at all costs
