I wanted to surprise my husband with a ceramic mate cup. The website doesn't allow you to buy anything for less than 10 dollars and when I got to check out, my $10 purchase cost me over $20 because of shipping. When I got my item, my mate cup was extremely DIRTY, no with dust, but with something else that I have no Idea, it was crack all over and it wasn't the design I wanted. I email them immediately and told them about my problem. I got an email about 2 weeks later, saying "thank you for your purchase, if you have any concerns please email us to this..." well I email them again and Is been about 2 months and I haven't heard back from them.

Please stay away from these website, they will just steal your money!
