I purchased a blanket that was supposed to say from Nana. I received it and it said Grandma they advertise 100% satisfaction I emailed them and got an email saying I got what I ordered and they won't do anything for me. The blanket is not personalized so there is no reason they cant take it back. They don't answer their phone when you call.
