I am an older person and I thought this would be the perfect solution for me since it is hard for me to use the oven. First of all, the LED light panel didn't work - I had to put my cell phone flashlight right up to the panel to even see the settings. I tried the unit for every day for 2 weeks and finally decided it wasn't going to work for me. The recipe for the fried chicken, tasted good, but it didn't look at all like the picture, neither did the cake, etc. I tried so many different recipes from air fryer recipes from other websites. Never worked right. When I called customer service about returning it, they tried to get me to keep it by discounting 30.00 off, I had to be firm in my desire to return the merchandise. I spoke to 3 representatives. I have it packed and ready to go, but I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN POSTAGE, it weighs 19 pounds, so it is not going to be cheap to return so I have to wait on my social security check to come in to pay for the postage, plus the extra charge of them having to come get it from my home since it is too heavy for me to carry. I WILLL NEVER BUY ANOTHER EMERIL LAGASSE PRODUCT again. I am so disappointed he put his name on a machine that doesn't work like it should and the return policy is ridiculous. Having to pay for it to be retuned is like being punished for not keeping a malfunctioned product. Shame on this company for being that way. It would be different if I just didn't want the product.
