Have been a customer for several years and put up with slow shipments, bald patches, low quality, etc because I didn't know where else to go. The last wig I received was supposed to be 8". It was in fact 1 1/2"! I contacted them immediately and was told I could send it back, order and pay for another, and then when they get the 1st one back, they'll issue a refund. I said I will send it back, give them the tracking number, and they can send a replacement while the first one is on the way back. I advised them of expectations for customer service in the West and that telling me to send it back at my expense and buy a new one in the meantime is not customer service! Through the chat app on their site I discussed all of it with Lillian who said "Fine. Sent it back." I emailed the shipping receipt with tracking number the next day. Haven't gotten them to respond to emails since. Phone # just rings, and now my password on the site isn't working! Coincidence? Filed Paypal complaint.
