ILKB Richardson is by far the best class workout I have been a part of. The instructors are all very professional, fun, energetic and are readily available to answer any questions anyone might have. I have committed to a year with this group and am excited to continue to see results. The workouts are intense but the instructors do a great job at teaching modifications as well. Definitely recommend this place!
