Totally another Chinese scam. They have figured out how to put up a good website, send out cheery notices about 'item delayed, so sorry,' post obviously phoney positive reviews, and they ignore any correspondence from the customer. They are blatantly fraudulent.

DON'T FALL FOR IT! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY, AND WITHOUT ANY RECOURSE.

I ordered a bag from OpenSky (Order #: *******), acknowledged by them on 8/14. They said "Your estimated ship date is below" but there was no such date. When nothing arrived, I investigated only to find out the bag had been shipped to Houston, TX. I immediately contacted OpenSky via email, to request cancellation and a a refund since I no longer needed the item (it had been ordered for a trip). I sent several emails reiterating the cancelation and request for a refund of $38.59. I have received several replies from an Ashish S., such as this: "AUG 25,2018 | 08:09PM EDT Ashish S. Replied: Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for contacting us. As per your email received, we have contacted the supplier to cancel this order for refund. We will let you know as soon as we hear back from them. Regardless, we will make sure to follow up with you again within 2 business days." Then, today I received the following: "|AUG 26,2018 | 09:10PM EDT Ashish S. Replied: Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for contacting us. Supplier just emailed us with the reshipping tracking # LN*******KR. Link: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?origTrackNum=LN*******KR However, we see that you would like to cancel this order. Since this order is marked shipped we do not have an option to cancel this order." They clearly over-rode my order to cancel, and shipped anyway days after my request was made. This is unacceptable, and is fraud, in my opinion.

Sorry to see the poor quality of the material, and sizing about 3 sizes off.

Dress arrived, was absolutely unacceptable: sleezy material, color unlike pictured in advert, cheaply made. Although the site says, "If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund," you are required to ship back to China, (not CA from whence the shipment arrived), costing more than the item itself! BUYER BEWARE - DON'T FALL FOR THIS SITE!

Newheburn.com pedals cheap clothing from China, photographed to look appealing. In reality the clothing is made of flimsy material, poorly constructed, and the sizing is unbelievably inaccurate. OK, so far that's buyer beware, but the reason for the review here is that the company does not allow returns. Its site claims to have a return policy of 15 days, but first you must contact them. Their gimmick is to not respond to emails requesting a return address. In other words, do NOT buy anything from this site!
