I would not give them a rating of one they should not even be in business! You are not getting what they are saying you are getting as far as the price you are paying full price if not more. You are also paying shipping and handling every single time. They are trying to charge me three times more than what I should have to pay. They treat people like they're stupid and will try to blame it on the person. I even received three things that were the same out of two different orders I never even ordered. Then they tried to say I ordered them no I did not. I don't appreciate being treated like this by any company. Or whoever they may be. They may be scammers. I'm not sure. But do not trust this place whatsoever I promise you you will regret it. They lost a lot of business from me and my mother. Including other people I had told them about but I've called them all back and warned them do not do it. Unless you've got a lot of money to spend do not trust the sales or the blowouts or whatever they want to call it. Because you are not getting them as I said. Just want to warn you

I would definitely warn them not to use it ever again I never will. Neither will my mother. Or anyone else that I know because I have told everyone I can and I'm going to tell everyone else that I haven't told you. I have never been this angry over how someone has treated me and tried to rip me off. I'm a single woman and currently without a job. I'm not that darn stupid to pay two to three times more than what I would in a store I thought I was getting great values when I was watching them. No

I have ordered from thred up before. My mother has been ordering from them for a very long time& has spent probably thousands! But i placed an order & a week later waiting for it. Then was told i had none! Yet 99.18 was taken out of my acct the day it was placed. Finally they give the order number to me. STILL HAD NOT EVEN BEEN SENT OUT! SPENT HOURS LOOKING FOR WHAT I NEEDED YO GET FOR HER! TO END UP HAVING TO CANCEL DUE TO NOT GETTING NEARLY ON TIME! NOW SHE SAID SHE WILL NO LONGER ORDER THERE. JUST BE VERY CAREFUL. THEY DON'T WASTE TIME TAKING YOUR MONEY AT ALL & U DON'T KNOW U WILL EVER EVEN GET IT.

Tip for consumers:
Don't order unless you have alot of time to wait or money to waste at that time. Took money straight out but yet can take 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS toget back. (If then) not sure yet
