On 31 August 2016 I was attended by Prasanna because I asked to speak to a manager.
I just want to send a big thank you to her as she was extremely professional and nice and knowledgeable and genuinely cared about my complaint which she sorted out.
Would be great to have more employee like her in HSBC.
