“DEAD PLANTS. NO REPLACEMENT DESPITE GUARANTEE.”

Don't waste your money. I bought two of their expensive plants, used their extremely expensive fertilizer, compost, soil additives and folllowed their "expert" advice. My plants died anyway. They refused to replace them per their guarantee.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT BUY ROSES FROM HEIRLOOM ROSES

Products used:
Rose plants and every product they recommended, including fertilizer, compost, and soil additive of bone meal.
